To promote continuous improvement throughout the learning process, technicians and appraisers working through Phase 1 of our Skill Development Pathway benefit form a range of resources and ongoing advice & support to develop their skills and confidence.
Participants are asked to complete and report back on their Skill Development Practice Program (approximately 1 hour per week). Results are kept under review by a BETAG trainer and used to provide personalized coaching tips for improvement between in person Modules.
BETAG’s Learning Center provides estimators and technicians with a simple means of accessing eModules; completion certificates; course reference manuals; and personal workbooks with notes taken during classes.

We create a facilitated WhatsApp Group for each OPRS program, for repair planners and technicians to communicate with each other and share successes, ideas, tips and tricks.
BETAG’s trainers are also members of the group and on hand to answer questions about repair methods & equipment set up for outer panel repairs.
We also have a private Facebook Group for Alumni of our skill development programs. Facilitated by BETAG trainers, this is a fast-growing forum for exchanging best practice.
This provides technicians with an opportunity to schedule a 1 to 1 call or video call with a BETAG Trainer to ask a question about damage analysis, repair methods or equipment set up for a specific repair.
