BETAG’s Skill Development Pathway provides repairers a proven pathway to attract, develop & retain new talent – and accelerate efficiency, productivity & throughput.
Hands on instructor led training classes, guided skill development and remote & in shop mentoring turbocharge the productivity and efficiency of entry level technicians – to create a new generation of Master Technicians, capable of repairing today’s vehicles to exacting standards.
Our Outer Panel Repair Specialist Program (OPRS) focuses on developing the skills of entry level journeyman technicians (‘C’ techs) to create productive, non-structural, Outer Panel Repair Specialists – increasing their productive efficiency by 20 to 50%. This enables existing Master Technicians (‘A techs’) to focus on the complex structural repairs demanding their knowledge & experience.
