SKILL DEVELOPMENT PATHWAY
BETAG’s Skill Development Pathway provides repairers a proven pathway to attract, develop & retain new talent – and accelerate efficiency, productivity & throughput.
Hands on instructor led training classes, guided skill development and remote & in shop mentoring turbocharge the productivity and efficiency of entry level technicians – to create a new generation of Master Technicians, capable of repairing today’s vehicles to exacting standards.
PHASE 1 - OPRSOur Outer Panel Repair Specialist Program (OPRS) focuses on developing the skills of entry level journeyman technicians (‘C’ techs) to create productive, non-structural, Outer Panel Repair Specialists – increasing their productive efficiency by 20 to 50%. This enables existing Master Technicians (‘A techs’) to focus on the complex structural repairs demanding their knowledge & experience.

PHASE 1 - AMPOur Advanced Mentorship Program is designed to promote continuous improvement throughout the learning process.
AMP offers a range of resources and ongoing advice & support to technicians and appraisers as they progress through Phase 1 of the Skill Development Pathway.

Launching in 2024, our Structural Repair Specialist Program (SRS) focuses on developing the core skills necessary to complete structural repairs to exacting OEM standards.

ACCREDITATION
Each phase of our Skill Development Pathway Program culminates with a graded, practical skill assessment to gain formal accreditation.
SKILL ASSESSMENTFor more experienced technicians, our Skill Assessment Program provides a way to benchmark and verify repair skills across the whole spectrum of our Skill Development Pathway.
Launching in North America in 2024, this will enable technicians, shop owners & OEMs to identify specific skill gaps and training requirements.
